Questions about plans

What happens when I pass the free roster limit?
Nothing breaks mid-tournament. You are told before check-in that you are near the ceiling, and the roster stops accepting new players past 30 until you upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Downgrading keeps your data; it only changes what the app will let you add next.
Do players pay anything?
No. The companion is free for every player, on every plan, and does not require them to create an account.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Export at any time. Deleting your organization permanently removes every row associated with it.
