Questions about plans

Is there a free plan?
No. Every league starts with a 30-day trial, and the trial needs no card.
What happens when my league outgrows its plan?
Nothing stops a tournament that is already running. The roster limit applies when you add a player: once the roster is full, archive someone who has stopped coming or move up a plan. The tournament limit is gentler. You are warned when you schedule a tournament that looks bigger than your plan, and a player who turns up on the night can still check in. The next tournament waits until your plan fits the field you actually ran.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Every plan has the same features, so moving down loses nothing you have recorded. The smaller plan's limits apply from then on: no new players past its roster size, and a bigger tournament than it allows has to wait.
Do players pay anything?
No. The companion is free for every player, on every plan, and does not require them to create an account.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Download everything your league holds as one file at any time. The owner can delete the league from settings; it is kept for 15 days in case of a mistake, then removed for good.
