What you give us when you create an account: an email address and a display name. What the Service generates as you use it: tournament configurations, player rosters, seating, results and season standings.
Player PINs are 4-digit codes stored in plain text. They identify a player during a tournament; they are not a security mechanism and are described that way in the Terms.
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the providers needed to operate the Service: Supabase for the database and authentication, Vercel for application hosting, Stripe for payments, and Resend for tournament notification email.
To keep the Service working we record which pages were opened, how long requests took, how the page performed on your device, and any errors that occurred. These records live in our own database alongside the rest of your league’s data. They are not sold, not shared, and not sent to an analytics or error-reporting company. We do not track you across other websites and we do not build advertising profiles.
Diagnostic records are kept on a rolling basis within a fixed storage budget, so the oldest are deleted automatically as new ones arrive. Deleting your organization deletes its diagnostic records with it.
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, and deleting an organization removes every row that belongs to it.
Only what authentication needs. There are no third-party tracking cookies and no advertising cookies.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Write to privacy@pokerleagueos.com.
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and move the date at the top.
