By using PokerLeagueOS (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PokerLeagueOS is poker league management software: a tournament clock, player and roster management, seating and table assignments, buy-in and payout tracking, season points and standings, and a live companion view for players.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is for managing social poker games. You agree not to use it for illegal gambling or for any purpose that breaks the law where you are. You are responsible for the legality of the games you run.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled case by case. Paid plans are not currently open for sign-up, and while that is the case every feature is available at no charge; nothing here obliges us to keep it that way.
Player PINs are 4-digit codes used for casual identification during a tournament. They are not encrypted and are not a security mechanism. Do not reuse a PIN you use for banking, passwords or any other sensitive account. A PIN exists only to link a player to their tournament session and to let them report their own game actions.
API keys act with the role they were issued under and are scoped to a single organization. You are responsible for what an agent or a script does with a key you issued, exactly as if you had done it yourself. Keep keys secret and revoke ones you no longer use.
Your league’s data is yours. You can export it at any time. Deleting your organization permanently removes every row associated with it, and that cannot be undone.
The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including any dispute over a tournament result, a payout or a standing. The Service records what you tell it; settling the game is yours.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
